Scott MacLellan is a successful entrepreneur and corporate executive. With thirty years in the working world, he has been either president or CEO of his company for thirteen years, including a technology business he founded, funded and sold with two friends. Over the course of his career, he has held positions in operations, technology, procurement, marketing and sales. Scott has received numerous awards for business excellence, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy and associate engagement. His latest company was named one of the best places to work in healthcare and one of the top 30 training companies in the world.
This is Scott’s second book. His first, “Amanda’s Gift” chronicled the extensive illness of his youngest daughter. It serves as a how-to for other parents going through the illness of a child. Scott sits on the boards of three non-profit organizations and serves on the advisory council of several more. He mentors several young executives and often speaks to organizations about leadership both at work and at home.
Scott resides in Roswell, Georgia with his wife Deborah. They have two grown daughters.
